ALLNAB Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your ALLNAB purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy.

1. Return Window
You may request a return within 15 calendar days of the date your order is delivered. Returns requested on or after the 16th day are not accepted.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be new, unused, and in its original condition. The original packaging, box, and tags must be included when applicable. Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return.

3. Return Request
Please contact ALLNAB at allnabstore@gmail.com before sending any item back. Do not send a return without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

4. Return Shipping
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If ALLNAB sent the wrong item or the item arrived defective or damaged due to an issue on our side, ALLNAB will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed within 15 business days of ALLNAB receiving the returned item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For standard returns, the original shipping charge is not refundable.

6. Size Exchanges
We offer size exchanges, subject to availability. The item must meet the same return conditions described above. Customers should contact ALLNAB before sending an item for a size exchange.

7. Sale Items
Sale and discounted items are currently eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items.
